About North Georgia

What do you define as being North Georgia?

I can't figure out how you define North Georgia. You have information on Atlanta and Stone Mountain, which to me is not North Georgia

Phil K.

Phil

When this site was started North Georgia was defined as anything north of I-20, which would probably be the generally accepted description of "North Georgia." Over the years we have added material including pieces on places south of this line but still of interest to those living north of I-20. For example, we have articles on the Atlanta Airport and the Georgia Renfest. We also include Chattanooga, simply because the city and surrounding area share so much in common with north Georgia.
